Becoming a Yoga Bear

First I want to apologize for not updating this blog, I have not abandoned my efforts here, I've just really been thinking what my priorities are here and envisioning a new direction. The blog will be undergoing a slight transformation to make the information being shared more intimate and genuine.
That being said, I'm currently undergoing a 30 day trial of yoga six days a week. I have been having very mild but annoying lower back pain, and feel I can benefit from the added strength and flexibility of yoga.


I will post a response of how I feel at the end of my trial (June 13th) and my thoughts on yoga.
